Sewn in a solid teal green velvet fabric with a soft plush matte texture, this pillow cover will breathe new life into your decor! This ultra soft, lightweight polyester velvet has an elegant drape and a rating of over 50,000 double rubs on the abrasion scale.

Microfiber velvet is different from traditional velvet in that it does not have the deep pile typically associated with velvet. Microfiber velvet boasts a soft silky hand with a directional nap (meaning the fabric appears lighter or darker when you brush across its surface). However, it is not woven like traditional velvets and does not have fibers standing perpendicular to the surface that make a fuzzy pile weave.

Our Libretto microfiber velvet is the functional equivalent of Robert Allen's Touche velvet, Duralee's DV15862 velvet and Kravet's Broadmoor velvet.

Measurements are listed in inches and are taken across the middle of the flat pillow cover.

For example: "Fits 18x18 insert (17x17 cover)" means the cover will be made 17x17 inches across the middle and it is intended to be filled with a 18x18 inch insert.
